Our plans for growth require RFM to ‘make the market’, and to be at the forefront of high value opportunities in the FM marketplace\nYour new role\nWhat you’ll do:\nCarrying out routine and ad-hoc caretaker duties in support of all on site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions\n\nCarrying out planned maintenance duties in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures and undertake any property maintenance work within the post holder’s range of competence\nMaintaining the safe and efficient operation of all the school’s energy systems in accordance with agreed contract conditions\nProviding support and assistance to any other sites as directed by the Site Manager\nWhat you’ll need:\nAwareness of Health & Safety issues and the need for safe methods of working\nAwareness of COSHH regulations\nThe successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with Child Barred List Check prior to starting in the role.\nWho we’re looking for:\nPeople are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
