Our plans for growth require RFM to ‘make the market’, and to be at the forefront of high value opportunities in the FM marketplace\nYour new role\nWhat you’ll do:\nCarrying out routine and ad-hoc janitorial duties in support of all on site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions\n\nCarrying out planned janitorial maintenance duties in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures and undertake any property maintenance work within the post holder’s range of competence\nSupervising, developing and monitoring of all cleaning staff to ensure cleaning standards are maintained in accordance with contract conditions and agreed quality management procedures\nMaintaining the safe and efficient operation of all the school’s energy systems in accordance with agreed contract conditions\nProviding support and assistance to any other sites as directed by the Lead Janitor or Facilities Manager\nLocking up the school.
