Our plans for growth require RFM to ‘make the market’, and to be at the forefront of high value opportunities in the FM marketplace\nYour new role\nWhat you’ll do:\nCleaning and disinfect every day all work surfaces and floors and paintwork in the designated areas\nDusting, vacuuming and mopping general flooring throughout the site\nTo carry out regular clearance of waste bins as required within the designated working areas.\nCarrying out planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties within the building and to equipment located throughout the site\nEnsuring that the facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures\nReporting all accidents and incidents as appropriate\nAbout you:\nGeneral experience of cleaning\nAble to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly\nKnowledge of Health & Safety best practises\nAwareness of COSHH regulations\nTakes initiative and works reliably\nCandidates need a good working level of spoken and written English to carry out cleaning duties safely and to communicate with clients and the management team.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nWho we’re looking for:\nPeople are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
