Our plans for growth require RFM to ‘make the market’, and to be at the forefront of high value opportunities in the FM marketplace\nYour new role\nWhat you’ll do:\nMaintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPIs. This will include training and arrangements of duty rotas and cover arrangements.\nLiaise with the Cleaning Manager to help provide cover for overtime, annual leave, absence etc and complete relevant staff timesheets.\nAllocation of work and quality control, check work schedules and resolve problems. Assist in compliance with the site waste management procedures.\nEnsure that RFM procedures and practices are adhered to i.e., Health & Safety and COSHH\nEnsure that the cleanliness of the site is maintained to the required standards by liaising with the Cleaning Manager on completion of quality audits.\nCheck all equipment is clean in good working order reporting any faults to the Soft Services Manager\nEnsure safe working methods and report all accidents and incidents as appropriate\nEnsure efficient stock control, usage of materials and complete stock spreadsheets\nRespond to any helpdesk calls efficiently and on time as may be directed from time to time by the Cleaning Manager\nAbout you:\nExperience of cleaning in a Commercial capacity.\nExperience as a Team Leader or Supervisor preferred.\nGood customer care skills.\nAble to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly.\nKnowledge of Health & Safety best practises.\nAwareness of COSHH regulations.\nAble to work to a high standard against agreed timescales with limited supervision.\nThe successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with Child Barred List Check before starting in the job.\nWho we’re looking for:\nPeople are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
