In addition we will support you through your 2 year Graduate Programme to develop and progress in your chosen career path. As a Graduate Digital Construction Manager, you will be responsible for: \nProject Support:\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce relevant BIM & project protocols and execution plans.\nIdentify project BIM resource requirements\nCross checking model information against the Employer Information Requirements (EIR).\nGeneration of spatial co-ordination tests (Clash detection) at agreed milestones, rationalising and production of reports indicating the issues to be coordinated.\nChair BIM coordination meetings, guiding the design team through the issues found and recording the resolutions agreed.\nSupport design managers with model reviews.\nSupport planners with the development of 4D simulations.\nSupport bid, commercial and design managers with extraction of model quantification data.\nRegional Business Support:\nAssess BIM maturity of regional business unit.\nSupport integration of Robertson Management System BIM procedures.\nProvide support to pre-construction and bid teams.\nEstablish BIM capability of consultants and supply chain.\nProvide regional reports on BIM adoption at both project and business level.\nEstablish BIM training requirements within region\nDeliver workshops to support the development of staff skills and knowledge relating to BIM.\nMonitor the evolving market and report Strengths, Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats to the Digital Construction team.\nSupport delivery of key objectives within the Digital Construction Strategy\nCreate case studies based on the work being done within the region\nWhat we need from you:\nYou'll be degree educated or due to graduate in the summer of 2027 (2:1 desirable) in a relevant subject. You should be focused and highly motivated, as well as excellent planning/prioritising and time-management skills.
