Our plans for growth require RFM to ‘make the market’, and to be at the forefront of high value opportunities in the FM marketplace\nYour new role\nWhat you’ll do:\nEnsure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and our client(s).\nUndertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:\nService and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.\nReactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.\nService and repair of motors and pumps.\nCompetent on BMS control systems\nCompetent PAT tester\nUndertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client.\nWhat you'll need:\nLevel 3 Certificate in electrical installation + AM2 (or equivalent)\n2391-52 Inspection & Test\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)\nCompleted relevant apprenticeship\nExperience in electrical power distribution systems\nPreferred experience in electrical testing\nValid UK Driving Licence required. \nThe successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with Child Barred List Check before starting in the job.\nWho we’re looking for:\nPeople are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
