And as a Maintenance Electrician you’ll be part of a team that’s doing incredible things - for ourselves, for the partners we work with, and for a truly sustainable future.\nYour new role\nWhat you’ll do:\nService and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.\nReactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.\nService and repair of:Motors and pumps\nFan coil units and associated systems\nHVAC control panels\n\nCompetent on BMS control systems.\nUndertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group.\nOperate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, Waste Disposal \nMaintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reports, informing the administrator or tradespeople of any follow up action that may be required\nTake part in an On-Call rota providing cover to the Facilities.\nReport all accidents and incidents as appropriate\nProvide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services.\nAbout you:\nQualified Electrician with experience in installation and maintenance work\nLevel 3 NVQ or Diploma in Electrical Installation & Testing (or equivalent)\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification\nAM2 Practical Skills Assessment\nValid UK Driving licence required\nThe successful candidate will require a Disclosure Check before starting in the job.\nWho we’re looking for:\nPeople are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
