And as Senior Project Manager, you’ll be part of a team that’s doing incredible things - for ourselves, for the built environment around us, and for a truly sustainable future.\nYour new role\nWhat you’ll do:\nManage the Construction processes through contract award and into Construction Phase.\nUtilise Robertson Construction Group/Partnership Homes Group procedural systems in the manner defined and ensure communications protocols are followed\nCreate and promote an environment of professionalism in all project works\nEmploy previous sector experience to the benefit of the business\nMaintain a strong customer focus\nTake a partnering approach to working with all key stakeholders\nSupport the Managing Director to develop business and secure new work\nAdapt effectively to varying environments, responsibilities, people and culture\nWork with a team and work on several projects or tenders at a time\nMaintain a business perspective that is reflected in all decisions and actions\nDemonstrate a strong commercial awareness identifying opportunities and risks\nTake a strategic view of issues alongside immediate operational requirements\nAnalyse relevant information and identify innovative and effective solutions to issues\nAnticipate problems and modify plans accordingly\nWhat you’ll need:\nProfessionally recognised qualifications: HNC/HND or SVQ Level 5\nConstruction/Operations Management experience with major contractor/developer \nAbility to work on own initiative\nExcellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills\nComputer literate\nAbility to work as part of the Senior Management Team of Robertson Partnership Homes\nExcellent Leadership Skills in order to drive Design and Construction process to completion\nCommercial Awareness\nAbility to programme using ASTA Power Project or equivalent\nParticipation in presentations and interviews as required\nWho we’re looking for:\nPeople are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
