And as Senior Site Manager, you’ll be part of a team that’s doing incredible things - for ourselves, for the built environment around us, and for a truly sustainable future.\nYour new role\nAbout the role:\nSupervising projects from inception to completion, you’ll exemplify our commitment to Health & Safety, and ensuring quality and best practice will be second nature to you. As a Senior Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:\nProviding leadership, guidance and mentoring to members of the project team as appropriate\nEffectively managing any project delays\nEnsuring dimensional controls are in place from the outset and are utilised accordingly\nCompleting daily site diary as outlined on BIM 360 Field platform\nPlan, implement and monitor site logistics\nThe co-ordination and control of the project, including staff, labour and sub-contractors, from the construction phase through to completion and handover to the Client\nEnsuring compliance with Quality Control and Quality Management policies, processes and procedures as prescribed on the Robertson Management System \nEnsuring compliance with the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) as prescribed on the Robertson Management System \nEffectively communicating with the Design Team to ensure the timely release of design information\nBuilding and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and neighbours as well as any other stakeholders\nAbout You:\nAs a Senior Site Manager, you’ll have either a construction related degree or be from a trade background with construction management and leadership experience, hold a valid CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified and be competent in Health and Safety practice with good first aid knowledge.
