Reporting to the Marketing Projects and Events Manager, you play a central role in raising our global profile and supporting broader marketing projects.\nWhat you'll do\nEvent execution and logistics: Deliver comprehensive plans for external local and international events. Handle everything from logistics and financial transactions to on-site management and post-event cleanup.\n\nEvent strategy and playbooks: Support the creation of event strategies, playbooks, budgets, and staffing requirements. Ensure every event aligns with company goals and delivers a seamless experience.\n\nPromotional materials and merchandise: Develop offline promotional materials, managing the process from order to final delivery. Support the planning and creation of event-specific merchandise.\n\nAgency and vendor management: Manage relationships with partner agencies organizing conferences and booth setups. Coordinate with external branding agencies to keep our visual presence consistent and high quality.\n\nMarketing project support: Assist the wider Marketing team on key projects across branding, social media, and video content. Bring fresh energy to cross-functional campaigns that amplify our mission.\n\nWhat you bring\nBA or MSc degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field preferred\n\n2+ years of experience in event execution, ideally within an international or multi-cultural environment\n\nProven knowledge of event management, agency coordination, and brand activation\n\nHands-on experience in project management and handling event budgets\n\nFluency in spoken and written English and Dutch\n\nProactive mindset with sharp attention to detail and a passion for flawless execution\n\nExcellent communication skills across diverse cultures and internal teams\n\nValid Driving license\n\nA true team player who can also take ownership and work independently\n\nWillingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time\n\nN.B.
