Design & Drafting\nDevelop and prepare detailed shop drawings, erection drawings, and reinforcement detailing for precast concrete components (e.g., beams, columns, wall panels, slabs, staircases).\nModify and optimize designs based on project requirements, production capabilities, and site constraints.\nEnsure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications\n2. Coordination & Communication\nLiaise with architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve design discrepancies.\nWork closely with the production department to ensure designs are practical for manufacturing and installation.\nAttend design coordination meetings with stakeholders to address technical queries.\n3. Technical Calculations & Analysis\nPerform structural calculations for load-bearing capacity, reinforcement requirements, and stability of precast elements.\nEvaluate alternative design solutions for cost savings and efficiency improvements.\nUse structural analysis software to verify designs.\n4.
