Robinhood is an American brokerage founded in 2013 that made commission-free trading and fractional shares the industry norm through a mobile-first app aimed at first-time investors. It earns most of its revenue from payment for order flow, net interest on customer cash and margin lending, and a paid subscription tier, and it has expanded from equities and options into cryptocurrency, retirement accounts, prediction markets and a credit card. Headquartered in Menlo Park and listed on Nasdaq, it drew sustained regulatory attention after the meme stock trading restrictions of 2021.

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency - it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The mission of the Investor Relations team at Robinhood is to help the company's stock price reflect its intrinsic value over time. To do this, the team focuses on building investor understanding through clear and transparent disclosures, increasing investor confidence through regular access to management, and sharing investment community perspectives with leadership to inform strategic and operational decision-making. We work closely with Finance, Corporate Communications, Legal, and the business to execute a best-in-class IR program.

We're looking for an experienced Manager of Investor Relations to join our team and contribute across every part of Robinhood's IR program. Reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, you'll work directly with the CEO and CFO on earnings, investor marketing, and external disclosures - playing a high-visibility role at a pivotal moment in Robinhood's growth as a public company.

This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you'll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of Robinhood's business, financial model, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with the IR team and cross-functional partners across Finance, Corporate Communications, and Legal on all aspects of the IR program
  • Manage the quarterly earnings and monthly metrics reporting processes end-to-end
  • Lead the creation of public disclosures, including the quarterly earnings release and presentation and monthly metrics
  • Help prepare the CEO and CFO for quarterly earnings calls, including prepared remarks and Q&A
  • Lead ongoing IR marketing efforts and help prepare executives for investor conferences and non-deal roadshows
  • Participate in ongoing investor events, both executive-led and IR-led
  • Independently lead one-on-one meetings with shareholders and analysts where relevant
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the investment community, including buy-side investors, sell-side analysts, retail shareholders, and finance content creators
  • Synthesize insights from shareholders and analysts to provide context for management decision-making
  • Lead the development of new external disclosures, including a new investor presentation

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CFA and/or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years at a public company, including hands-on investor relations experience
  • Experience in financial services and/or broker-dealers preferred
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and metrics analysis
  • Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to provide both tactical and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the investment community

What we offer

  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career
  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching
  • Top-tier benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents
  • Access to the Robinhood Employee Fund that gives eligible US employees the opportunity to invest in a private employee fund that provides exposure to Robinhood Ventures funds
  • Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not
