We are a team that moves with urgency, thinks in systems, and never loses sight of the people at the center of everything we build!\nAs a People Partner, you will be the first dedicated HR partner in the UK, supporting senior leaders and teams across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa. As Robinhood continues to expand internationally, you'll play a critical role helping our leaders and People team build, evolve, and scale high-performing organizations across an increasingly complex global footprint. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders - navigating decisions spanning talent, performance, org design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and change. You'll also operate as a consultant and project leader across our People COEs, bringing together the right expertise and driving toward solutions that scale with the business.
