We are dedicated to protecting people, assets, and the Robinhood brand while maintaining operational resilience across all environments.\nWe're looking for a Senior Physical Security Operations Manager to drive global security programming across multiple countries, time zones, and complex third-party vendor workforces. In this critical role, you'll take a hands-on approach to shape and implement security policies, manage our uniformed security officers and emergency response team members, manage event security strategy, handle budgets, conduct facility risk assessments, and lead training initiatives for Robinhood’s global Physical Security Operations team. You'll play a key part in helping Robinhood prevent, respond to, and recover from security incidents-protecting both our people and our spaces. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Physical Security.\nThis role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 5 days per week.\nAt Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. \nWhat you’ll do\nManage daily operations for an expanding international and domestic contracted physical security officer and emergency response force\nDraft, review, and put into effect policies for the safety and protection of our global operations\nDevelop, implement, and be responsible for formal training programs for security officer roles including, standard operating procedures, incident response protocols, communication plans, etc.\nWork closely with team members across different areas to set up security protocols for domestic and international office expansions\nDisplay unwavering dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards, demonstrating a track record in managing highly confidential and sensitive information\nDevelop and implement an event security program for large international marketing events/product launches and also manage internal employee events.
