You handle complex assembly, precision soldering, and vital component cabling every single day. Reporting to the Head of Production & Planning, your dedication directly impacts how reliably our systems perform.\nWhat you'll do\nComponent assembly and cabling: Build complex and high-tech radar components daily. Perform precision cabling and assemble intricate sub-assemblies following strict technical requirements.\n\nTesting and measurement: Use advanced measuring equipment like oscilloscopes and Vector Network Analysers. Provide vital support to the Quality Control Testing crew during system phases.\n\nFault resolution and quality: Address technical faults during the assembly and testing process. Create detailed Quality Alerts aiming at continuous improvement across the production line.\n\nDocumentation and planning: Create detailed work descriptions and test plans. Base these descriptions on complex electrical diagrams, layouts, and schematics.\n\nWhat you bring\nMBO-4 or BA degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.\n\nOver 3 years of experience in similar high-tech assembly roles.\n\nPractical experience with electronics, mechatronics, and printed circuit boards.\n\nSolid understanding of electrical diagrams and complex layouts.\n\nProven experience in precision soldering and sub-assembly construction.\n\nComfortable using measuring equipment like oscilloscopes and Vector Network Analysers.\n\nMeticulous attention to detail and a highly methodical approach to tasks.\n\nProactive mindset with the ability to drive continuous technical improvements.\n\nN.B.
