This role coordinates workflow, resolves operational issues, and supports inventory accuracy, productivity, and service objectives.\nThe position also provides coaching, training, and workload coordination, fostering a safe and productive work environment while ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.\nWhat you will do:\nProvide day-to-day direction, guidance, and support to the Receiving team to ensure operational priorities are achieved.\nCoordinate and oversee inbound receiving activities, including unloading, verification, staging, and put-away of products.\nAssign and prioritize workload based on inbound volumes, staffing, and operational requirements.\nMonitor receiving performance to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.\nInvestigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, damages, and inventory issues in partnership with Inventory Control and leadership.\nSupport inventory accuracy through timely and accurate receiving transactions and product movement.\nTrain, coach, and support team members, including onboarding new employees.\nFoster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.\nCommunicate operational priorities and escalate issues related to inventory, staffing, equipment, or safety as needed.\nSupport inventory counts, audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.\nLead by example and perform other duties as assigned.\nAbout you:\n3+ years of warehouse, distribution, receiving, or logistics experience, preferably in a wholesale distribution environment.\nExperience leading, coaching, and training warehouse employees.\nStrong knowledge of receiving operations, inventory control, and product flow.\nExperience with WMS, RF scanners, and inventory systems;
