actions to reduce inventory variances, losses, and damages.\nOversee product returns and damaged goods processes, ensuring accurate inspection, documentation, and disposition.\nPartner with warehouse operations, customer service, and supply chain teams to resolve inventory and fulfillment issues while improving customer satisfaction.\nDevelop, maintain, and enforce inventory control procedures, quality standards, and audit processes to ensure compliance and operational consistency.\nLead, coach, and develop the Quality Control team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.\nSupport inventory audits, compliance requirements, and cost-control initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing losses.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support shared business objectives and contribute to ongoing operational improvements.\n\nAbout you:\n5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, quality assurance, or supply chain environments.\n2+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.\nStrong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, reconciliation, warehouse processes, and quality standards.\nExperience investigating inventory discrepancies, damages, returns, and other operational issues, with a focus on identifying root causes and driving improvements.\nProficient with WMS, ERP, inventory management systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations, warehouse compliance requirements, and loss prevention practices.\nExperience in wholesale distribution and familiarity with material handling equipment are considered
