You'll design, ship, and measure your own features, working with product, design, data science, and ML partners. If you're data-driven and care about getting the right message to the right person, you'll be right at home on this team! \nYou Will:\nBuild and scale the pipeline that routes and delivers notifications across various channels, including onboarding new notification types for teams across Roblox\nShip and iterate on recommended notifications: candidate expansion, ranking and filtering, and notification presentation\nRun and analyze A/B experiments to improve reachability, engagement, and long-term retention\nContribute to developer-facing notification APIs and operational excellence, including observability and on-call\nYou Have:\n1-3 years of industry experience\nExperience building backend or full-stack services\nExperience with distributed systems or large-scale data pipelines\nAn analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to understand the impact of your work\nRespect for your teammates and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment\nFor roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
