Roblox is an American company founded in 2004 that operates a platform where users build and publish their own three-dimensional games and social experiences for other users to play. Its economy runs on a virtual currency called Robux, which players buy and spend inside experiences, and a share of which is paid out to the creators who make them, so the company earns from the platform rather than from producing games itself. Headquartered in San Mateo and listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 2021, it reports tens of millions of daily active users, skewed heavily toward younger age groups.

Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences- all created by our global community of developers and creators.

At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.

A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.

This role owns workplace hospitality, reception, employee events, service communications, and the everyday amenities that support a productive workplace. Partnering closely with People Services, Food & Beverage, Global Security, Facilities, and internal stakeholders, the Workplace Services Manager anticipates employee needs, resolves service concerns, and develops thoughtful programs that strengthen connection across Roblox.

The role partners with the Facilities Manager on issues affecting the employee experience. Technical maintenance, building systems, construction, and real estate planning remain within Facilities ownership.
