Many of us have a founder mindset and thrive in our high-autonomy environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nWe’re hiring a RevOps Analyst / Sr. Salesforce Administrator to support and extend our go-to-market systems, reporting into the Business Infrastructure Lead - working hand-in-hand with our business operations stakeholders, sales team, and key collaborators across the organization. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: you’ll help implement, customize, and scale Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack - Outreach, Enrichment Platforms and more, while also building custom tooling and AI-powered workflows where off-the-shelf solutions fall short.\nYou won’t be the owner of Salesforce architecture, but you will be a critical builder across Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems, turning strategy and designs into working systems and filling gaps with custom solutions.\nBuild and extend Salesforce functionality under the direction of Business Infrastructure team (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects)\n\nImplement GTM workflows, automation, and data models across Salesforce and related tools\n\nSupport custom forecasting logic, pipeline inspection views, and reporting beyond standard Salesforce features\n\nFacilitate the variable compensation program by providing data quality and management support\n\nDesign and maintain reports and dashboards across Salesforce and connected tools to surface pipeline health, rep activity, and GTM performance for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders\n\nEmpower end users to build their own reports and dashboards through templates, enablement, and folder/permission structures that balance self-service with data consistency\n\nOwn day-to-day data hygiene across Salesforce and connected GTM systems including deduplication, field standardization, ownership cleanup, and bulk list uploads for marketing campaigns, and sales prospecting\n\nServe as the first line of defense for end user support including lead routing and assignment issues troubleshooting, round-robin logic, and SLA misses, and partnering with Marketing Ops to resolve enrichment or scoring gaps that block conversion\n\nHelp design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered GTM workflows (e.g., deal scoring, risk detection, activity summarization)\n\nPartner closely with Sales Stakeholders, Ops, and Engineering to turn requirements into shipped solutions\n\nWho You Are\nYou are a [insert characteristics required for the job] who wants to be an important part of an exceptional team that focuses on using Roboflow's computer vision tools to impact and improve every industry. You have high agency and a bias toward action.\nRequired Skills:\n5+ years of experience building on Salesforce in a technical admin or developer capacity\n\n5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams\n\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Integrations\n\nExperience testing and deploying solutions, ideally with source tracking and the Salesforce Metadata API\n\nExperience implementing automation, custom objects, and non-trivial business logic\n\nPractical understanding of GTM concepts: product catalogs, pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals, expansion, compensation planning and administration\n\nExperience working across an ecosystem of GTM tools including communication platforms, enrichment platforms, quoting tools, CLMs, e-signature platforms, etc.\n\nHands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows\n\nPreferred Skills:\nSalesforce Administrator Level 1 certification or higher\n\nHands on experience with source control, particularly for Salesforce deployments\n\nExperience in PLG or developer-first companies\n\nExperience with stakeholder management\n\nExperience with, and a willingness to learn, how to leverage AI to optimize output and outcomes\n\nExperience managing or supporting variable compensation programs\n\nWhere You'll Work\nRoboflow is a fully distributed company. We currently have Hubs in New York City, San Francisco and Brazil (and plan to open more as we grow density in new cities). We provide opportunities (like team onsites in different cities) and resources (like a $4000/yr travel stipend) to work in person with other team members as much as you'd like, while also supporting remote team members. We review all salaries every six months to ensure we stay in line with the market.\nThe target compensation for this role is $140,000 - $170,000.\nIn addition to our cash compensation, we offer generous perks and benefits.
