Working with marketing, engineering, and deployment teams, you’ll turn technical progress, real-world deployments, and customer experiences into clear, compelling stories.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop video concepts that make technical milestones, product capabilities, and customer experiences accessible and engaging.\n\nLead production from start to finish, including scripts, storyboards, interview questions, shot lists, schedules, equipment, people, and locations.\n\nFilm robots, people, and environments in the lab and at deployment sites, handling camera, lighting, and audio.\n\nEdit finished videos with strong pacing, sound, color, captions, and basic motion graphics.\n\nProduce product and prototype demos, testing videos, product reveals, deployment stories, customer testimonials, and brand films.\n\nAdapt videos for the RoboForce website, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and events.\n\nMaintain a production calendar, manage incoming requests and feedback, and build a searchable footage library.\n\nApply RoboForce’s visual identity across framing, typography, graphics, motion, and sound while bringing fresh creative ideas.\n\nWork with engineers to represent robot capabilities and test conditions accurately.\n\nRequirements\nProfessional video production experience, with direct ownership of planning, shooting, and editing.\n\nA strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and production craft.\n\nConfidence with cameras, lighting, audio, and editing software such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.\n\nExperience turning loosely defined requests into clear concepts and production plans.\n\nFamiliarity with hardware or technical products and an interest in robotics.\n\nA resourceful, curious approach to storytelling, with the ability to make complex ideas understandable and find the human story behind the technology.\n\nAbility to work independently, collaborate across teams, and adapt when a shoot or robot test changes.\n\nHybrid work arrangement, with availability to work on-site in Milpitas and travel to customer and deployment sites as needed.\n\nBonus Qualifications\nExperience filming robotics, manufacturing, industrial environments, or other technical subjects.\n\nExperience conducting interviews and producing customer stories.\n\nPhotography, motion graphics, or basic 3D animation skills.\n\nExperience establishing
