from gathering requirements to onboarding \nSource passive candidates using variety of methods and tools \nAnalyze and select inbound candidate applications \nConduct job interviews \nKeep candidate database up to date \nWrite and post job ads \nTake part in employee onboarding and offboarding \nSupport employer branding activities \nTake part in performance review process\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably from a recruitment agency) \nStudent or graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Management, related field or any technical studies \nExcellent research and sourcing skills \nExperience with using Linkedin for sourcing candidates \nGood understanding of information technology and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge \nGreat social skills to work directly with engineers, tech leads as well as to build long-lasting partnership relationship with candidates \nGood writing skills to write compelling job ads and messages \nSelf-reliance and accountability to be able to work in quick changing, startup environment \nGood command of Microsoft Suite -
