有灵巧手、机械臂、关节模组、传感器类经验者优先\n技术视野\n理解灵巧手系统组成（结构、执行器、感知、控制、通信等），能快速学习新技术并落地为产品指标\n跨界协作\n有与研发/结构/算法/嵌入式/供应链多方协同的经验，具备优秀的需求协调和技术评审沟通能力\n文档能力\n能独立撰写产品需求文档、功能规范、供应商能力评估表、测试计划等交付物\n加分项：\n- 有过从0到1，参与硬件设计到量产，再到交付的经验;
