This is a hands-on role with direct client collaboration and real ownership—from identifying the right questions to making sure the insights lead to useful decisions for sports organisations worldwide.\nZakres obowiązków\nOwn and develop roboticket’s reporting and analytics offering** for clubs and leagues, setting priorities and shaping its roadmap.\nWork directly with clubs and leagues to understand their business needs and turn them into clear analytical questions.\nDefine meaningful KPIs covering ticket sales, revenue, attendance, fan engagement and retention.\nBuild, maintain and improve dashboards, reports and analyses using **AWS Quick** and data sources such as **PostgreSQL**.\nUse AI to automate reporting and analysis**, identify trends and anomalies, and develop proactive insights and recommendations.\nTurn findings into practical recommendations that help clubs improve commercial performance and understand their fans.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure the data behind reports is accurate, consistent and reliable.\nHelp clubs and leagues use analytics in their daily decisions, gather feedback and continuously improve the tools you deliver.\nWymagania\nWe are looking for a Data Analyst who can go beyond dashboards. Your mission is to understand business needs, design meaningful KPIs, and turn data into insights that guide decision-making.
