This is a senior-level environment: you'll work alongside experienced developers, take real ownership of technical decisions, and have a direct say in how the system evolves.\n\nThe role combines three things: evolving and modernizing our existing codebase, maintaining a live production system, and building new features on top of it. You'll be working with an established system with room for architectural improvement, helping guide its transition toward newer technologies including Go. system with meaningful complexity, and balancing stability, improvement, and new development — this role is for you.\nZakres obowiązków\nDevelop and maintain backend services in .NET Framework 4.8, working within an existing production system\nContribute directly to architectural decisions and help shape the migration strategy toward newer technologies (.NET Core/5+ and Go)\nDesign, build, and maintain REST APIs used across a multi-tenant SaaS platform\nWork with PostgreSQL, Redis, and S3 as part of day-to-day backend development\nIntegrate with and support services running on AWS (EC2, RDS Aurora, Lambda, ALB, SQS/SNS, CloudFront)\nRead, understand, and safely refactor legacy code as part of ongoing modernization efforts\nHelp improve test coverage and overall code quality across the backend\nSupport the transition toward full OpenAPI 3 (Swagger) documentation for existing and new APIs\nCollaborate closely with a small backend team (5 developers), contributing to technical direction without heavy process overhead\nWymagania\nMulti-year commercial experience with .NET (Framework and/or Core/5+)\nStrong knowledge of Entity Framework and relational databases (PostgreSQL)\nHands-on experience with AWS in a production environment\nProven ability to read, maintain, and safely refactor legacy code\nPractical understanding of architectural patterns (DDD, Clean Architecture) — applied in real systems, not just theory\nComfortable working with REST APIs and API documentation standards (OpenAPI/Swagger)\nStrong ownership mindset, able to take architectural decisions, not just execute tasks\nPragmatic approach to technical debt and legacy systems\nGood communication skills, comfortable working in a small team without rigid process overhead\nKnowledge of
