We are here to turn AI into working systems, measurable outcomes and repeatable transformation programs. \nJob summary \nWe are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our Managed Services team and work with our clients to deliver high-quality business applications and automation solutions. \nThe ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, with a strong focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, integrations, application support, and continuous improvement. The candidate should be passionate about solving business problems through scalable, secure, and efficient low-code solutions.\nGeneral: Responsibilities and tasks for this role \nDevelop and maintain Microsoft Power Apps applications, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps. \nDesign, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows. \nIntegrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems. \nDesign and implement third-party integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, and web services. \nDevelop reusable components and custom web resources to extend Power Apps functionality where required. \nEnsure timely ticket follow-up and resolution of L2 incidents within defined SLAs. \nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures. \nMonitor application and workflow performance, proactively identify issues, and implement improvements. \nHandle change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes for existing Power Platform solutions. \nCollaborate with L1 support, development teams, and business stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. \nCoordinate operational support and maintenance activities for client accounts. \nTest and optimise Power Platform solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and reusability. \nFollow Power Platform security, governance, compliance, and development best practices. \nMaintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration details, deployment guides, and support procedures. \nProvide clear and timely communication to end-users and stakeholders regarding incident resolutions, changes, and maintenance schedules. \nSupport client onboarding and service transition activities by providing technical expertise, guidance, and knowledge transfer. \nParticipate in the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. \nKnowledge Sharing & Team Development: Train team members, share technical expertise, and guide Power Apps, Power Automate, and development best practices to support team growth and continuous improvement. \nMust-have qualifications & competencies \nMinimum of 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate. \nStrong experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, including forms, galleries, reusable components, responsive layouts, and customisations. \nProficiency in Power Fx, including advanced formulas, collections, variables, Patch, SubmitForm, data validation, and error handling. \nExperience with Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows, including approvals, scheduled flows, automated triggers, expressions, loops, and exception handling. \nGood understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including table design, relationships, data modelling, business rules, and security roles. \nExperience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems. \nStrong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP actions, JSON, custom connectors, and third-party system integrations. \nUnderstanding of delegation, application performance optimisation, debugging, and troubleshooting using Power Apps Monitor and Power Automate run history. \nExperience with Power Platform solutions, managed and unmanaged solutions, environment variables, connection references, security, and deployment across development, UAT, and production environments. \nGood understanding of Power Platform architecture, governance, licensing, and DLP policies, along with experience in production support, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement. \nNice to have qualifications & competencies \nExperience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere \nKnowledge of Python, PowerShell, VBScript, or similar scripting languages \nExperience with AI/IDP tools (e.g., Document Automation, AI Builder) \nExposure to CI/CD, DevOps, or ITIL-based service management practices \nCertification \nPL-500 Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer(Advanced/Master) \nAny RPA-related certification \nWhat we offer \nTailored development plan with career coaching \nRegular feedback - we value your opinion, and we appreciate new ideas \nInternational career and project opportunities \nDeepen your working knowledge of intelligent automation through our structured training courses \nImmerse yourself in an exciting, positive, and creative atmosphere and generate novel solutions to some of our client's most complex challenges \nWork in different international and cross-cultural teams for each project \nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
