We are here to turn AI into working systems, measurable outcomes and repeatable transformation programs. \nWe are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with deep UiPath expertise and a solution architecture background. You will architect the target UiPath solution, build alongside the team, and provide technical leadership, governance and delivery oversight across the full migration lifecycle, from assessment and design through rebuild, testing, cutover and hypercare.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, testing and deployment of UiPath automation solutions, staying hands-on in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator to build complex components, reusable libraries and frameworks\nLead the assessment of the existing Blue Prism estate: inventory processes, objects (VBOs), work queues and schedules, analyse complexity and dependencies, and define migration waves and priorities\nDefine the UiPath target architecture for migrated processes and map Blue Prism constructs to UiPath equivalents (VBOs to libraries, work queues to Orchestrator queues, Credential Manager to Assets, Control Room schedules to triggers)\nDecide per process whether to migrate as-is, re-engineer or retire, using migration accelerators where suitable and redesigning to UiPath best practices (REFramework, modular libraries) rather than copying Blue Prism logic one-to-one\nPlan and run migration testing and cutover: functional parity and regression testing, parallel runs, UAT, go-live, hypercare and Blue Prism decommissioning\nOwn technical estimations for migration waves, solution architecture, delivery planning and execution\nCollaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution strategies.\nReview solution designs and code to ensure scalability, quality, and maintainability.\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations that maximize business value and ROI.\nSupport business development activities through proposals, workshops, client presentations, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales discussions.\nDrive best practices, delivery standards, and continuous improvement across automation projects.\nEstablish and enforce automation development standards, architectural patterns, and delivery frameworks across projects.\nOversee automation quality across all project stages, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.\nConduct code reviews and promote best practices around CI/CD, testing frameworks, and automation governance.\nAct as the primary technical authority, proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks while aligning stakeholders, project managers, and engineering teams.\nLead the resolution of complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production challenges.\nFacilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions to translate business requirements into scalable automation\nProduce and maintain migration documentation: solution design documents, Blue Prism to UiPath mapping, test evidence and runbooks\nMust Have Qualifications\n6+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation/RPA, including at least 4 years of hands-on UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, libraries) on enterprise-scale implementations\nExperience working as a UiPath Solution Architect: designing end-to-end solution and infrastructure architecture, Orchestrator setup (folders, queues, assets, triggers, robots and machines), scalability, security and high availability\nHands-on Blue Prism development experience, having built at least 3 to 4 Blue Prism processes end-to-end\nSound understanding of Blue Prism fundamentals: Process Studio and Object Studio, VBOs and application modelling, work queues, exception handling, environment variables, Credential Manager, Control Room, scheduler and Release Manager\nExperience in RPA platform migration (ideally Blue Prism to UiPath), or a strong understanding of it, including assessment, effort estimation, parity testing and cutover\nExperience leading and mentoring automation engineering teams as a Technical Lead\nStrong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.\nExperience managing end-to-end automation projects, including solution design, estimation, testing, and deployment.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nSolid understanding of APIs, SQL, Git/version control, and software engineering best practices.\nExperience designing scalable and maintainable automation solutions.\nProven ability to conduct technical workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and develop solution recommendations.\nExperience reviewing and approving technical designs and solution architectures.\nWorking knowledge of automation testing practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment governance.\nStrong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.\nNice to have qualifications\nUiPath certifications, especially UiPath Solution Architect and Automation Developer Professional (also Infrastructure Engineer, Test Automation Engineer or Agentic Automation)\nBlue Prism certifications (Developer, Professional Developer, Solution Designer, or Technical Architect).\nExperience with migration accelerators or tools for converting Blue Prism automations to UiPath\nPre-sales, proposal development, technical sales support, and solution estimation experience. \nExperience with Agentic AI, AI Center, Action Center, or AI-powered automation solutions. \nPython programming skills. \nExperience with process mining tools such as UiPath Process Mining or Celonis. \nExperience with UiPath Test Suite or other automation testing platforms. \nExperience
