We are here to turn AI into working systems, measurable outcomes and repeatable transformation programs. \nAbout the Role \nThe AI Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, team & project management proficiency, and business acumen to ensure the successful deployment of scalable Agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. Additionally, the role is central to building, managing, and upskilling a high-performing technical delivery team. \nKey Responsibilities \n Project Leadership: Manage the full delivery lifecycle of AI initiatives, from initial discovery and proof-of-concept (PoC) to full-scale production deployment. \nTeam Management & Growth: Lead cross-functional teams comprising Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Solution Architects. Responsibilities include defining KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a high-performance culture. \nAI delivery Practice Building: Drive the expansion of the AI delivery practice by identifying talent gaps, leading recruitment efforts, and managing the onboarding process for new technical hires. \nUpskilling & Mentorship: Establish structured mentorship programs and training paths to ensure the team remains proficient in emerging technologies, such as LLMOps, Agentic AI, and advanced model architectures. \nStakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and managing executive expectations. \nSolution Integration: Collaborate with automation teams to integrate Agentic AI and Machine Learning models into broader Hyperautomation frameworks, including RPA and low-code platforms. \nMethodology Development: Contribute to the refinement of delivery methodologies and best practices within Roboyo’s AI Center of Excellence, ensuring global consistency. \nRisk Mitigation: Identify technical and operational risks early in the project lifecycle and implement effective mitigation strategies. \nRequired Qualifications \nExperience: Minimum of 7 years in professional services or technical project delivery, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI or Machine Learning implementations. \nLeadership Track Record: Proven experience in managing, scaling, and mentoring technical teams within a consulting or enterprise environment. \n Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with \nGenerative AI (LLMs), Agentic AI, \nOverall Familiarity with GCP. \nSpecifically\n1) Vertex AI (training, deployment, Model Garden)\n2) BigQuery ML and data pipelines\n3) Generative AI Studio, Gemini API integration\n4) Cloud Functions, Cloud Run for ML ops\n5) Python basics\n\nMS Copilot Studio, \nGoogle ADK (Agent Development Kit) or MS Semantic Kernel or Langchain/Langgraph \nData Science and Machine Learning, \nLLMOps and MCP \nCloud infrastructure Azure, AWS, or GCP \nProject Management: Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in a technical environment. \nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. \nCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders. \nPreferred Skills \nAI security and governance, Red Teaming \nExperience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Appian, Mendix or Microsoft Power Platform. \nPrevious experience in a management consulting or professional services environment. \nWhat We Offer \nA truly international environment, collaborating on global automation projects. \nThe opportunity to experiment and innovate with Agentic AI solutions as we pioneer and rebrand our offering in the consultancy space \nWork at the core of the automation and AI wave - we’re a pure-play automation company fully focused on innovation and future-ready solutions. \nA growth-focused environment where you’re empowered to develop, excel, and contribute meaningfully - no corporate silos, no red tape. \nThis is not your standard corporate job - we value initiative over hierarchy, and you’ll have room to make a real impact from day one. \nA vibrant team culture, collaborative spirit and culture you can’t experience anywhere else! \nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
