of prior factory employment preferred\nTwo years of CNC experience, including lathe setup\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nObtain production requirements for the daily production from Workflow \nSelect appropriate CNC programs for the current job\nProgram CNC to specific operation (knowledge of operation of CNC may be obtained through on-the-job training or vocational education) \nSelect appropriate tooling for each job application\nRead and interpret blueprints\nUse precision measurement tools including height gauge, micrometers, calipers, and pins gauges\nPerform dimensional checks of parts using precision measurement tools\nMake CNC program corrections as necessary\nTroubleshoot setup and production issues in a timely manner\nMeasure parts to ensure they are within the allowed tolerances and offset the machine as needed\nPerform first piece and in-process quality checks\nPerform defined preventive maintenance activities. \nInventory recording accuracy\nResponsibility for identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation, and disposition of non-conforming products, services, or systems\nResponsible for adherence and knowledge of all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policy\nAll department processes and procedures documented and the appropriate individual(s) trained and cross-trained as necessary\nEnsure use of safety devices and PPE.\nTroubleshoots equipment with CNC operating systems\nInventory recording accuracy\nResponsibility for identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation, and disposition of non-conforming
