You will serve as the primary coordinator across customer stakeholders and internal teams during implementation, helping ensure launches are successful, risks are surfaced early, and communication stays clear throughout the deployment lifecycle.\nThis is a high-visibility role reporting to the Director of Deployments and working closely with customer operations teams, Sales, Product, Engineering, Hardware, and Fleet Operations. You will possess a unique combination of customer-facing skills, operational rigor, problem-solving ability, and relationship management through effective communication. You are someone who is comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment, can collaborate across functions, and can pivot effectively as field conditions change.\nThe base pay range for this role is between $120,000 and $150,000, dependent on your skills, qualifications and experience.\nMain responsibilities:\nOwn day-to-day planning and coordination for customer deployments and launch readiness\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for customer deployment execution and communication\n\nBuild and manage project plans, milestones, action trackers, risk logs, and deployment status updates\n\nRun kickoff meetings, weekly deployment meetings, readiness reviews, and go-live check-ins with customer and internal teams\n\nCoordinate customer readiness across operations, facilities, IT/networking, training, staffing, and workflow requirements\n\nPartner with Robot Technicians, Engineering, Product, Hardware, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to support successful launches\n\nEscalate risks and blockers quickly and ensure timely follow-up across cross-functional teams\n\nSupport onsite launch execution and customer communication during critical deployment periods\n\nPrepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information\n\nProvide deployment metrics readouts and support post-launch reviews and lessons learned\n\nBuild trusted customer relationships during deployment and early stabilization, and support expansion coordination over time as needed\n\nAble to travel on short notice up to 80% of the time within the United States for customer launches and onsite support\n\nWhat you’ll bring to the table:\nBS in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field and at least 4 years of related work experience\nStrong knowledge and understanding of distribution and fulfillment operations\n\nExperience managing implementations, customer deployments, or complex operational projects\n\nAbility to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing\n\nSelf-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings\n\nStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams\n\nKnowledge of and interest in diverse technical topics, including software, hardware, and robotics\n\nStrong leadership and relationship-building skills\n\nAbility to perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to pressure situations effectively\n\nExperience building trust with customer stakeholders while driving execution and
