We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Frontdesk Receptionist.\nPosition Overview\nBe the face of Coworker, RTG’s coworking space, delivering a great customer experience and smooth daily operations that drive sales, occupancy, and revenue.\nOutcomes & Scorecard\nSuccess in this role is measured by:\nCustomer response time within 1 hour during working hours\n100% booking accuracy with no double bookings\n100% meeting room readiness before scheduled meetings\nAccurate and timely Virtual Office contract and renewal processing\nMaintenance issues reported immediately and followed up until resolved\nTimely coordination on invoices and customer payments\n100% submission of daily and monthly reports on time\nStrong attendance, professionalism, ownership, and customer service\nContribution toward membership, meeting room, and workspace sales, occupancy, and revenue targets\nCore Responsibilities (Prioritized & Outcome-Oriented)\nRun overall front desk operations\nOwn customer experience and communication\nManage bookings and reservations accurately\nSell memberships, meeting rooms, and workspaces\nCoordinate meeting rooms and catering\nManage Virtual Office clients and renewals\nManage daily operations and maintenance\nCoordinate invoices and customer payments\nProvide community support to members\nSubmit daily and monthly reports\nScope & Authority\nFront desk operations and customer experience\nBookings, reservations, and customer records\nMembership, meeting room, and workspace sales\nMeeting room readiness and catering coordination\nVirtual Office management and renewals\nDaily operations checks and maintenance follow-up\nDaily and monthly reporting\nInfluence (Secondary / Support)\nMembership pricing, discounts, offers, and contract approvals, which remain with the Brand Manager\nVirtual Office contracts and renewals, prepared and coordinated with the Legal team\nInvoices and receipts submitted to Finance, with follow-up on customer payments; invoice issuance, payment processing, and collections remain with Finance\nDay-to-day space maintenance and operations, reporting and following up on issues (excluding facility maintenance contracts and capital expenditure)\nInternet and system issues, reported to the internal IT team and followed up until resolved\nVendor performance for cleaning, maintenance, catering, and supplies\nSocial media content, with the Brand Manager\nCommunity events, with the Brand Manager\nRequirements\n Bachelor's degree, with 2 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, customer service, or sales roles (coworking is a plus)\n Customer-focused, with strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing bookings, contracts, and reports\nProactive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership\nProficient in MS Office and booking systems; fluent in Arabic and English \nBenefits\nWhy work with us?\n Opportunity for professional growth in the dynamic coworking industry.\n Collaborative and supportive team environment.\n Competitive salary and benefits package.\n If you are passionate about building communities, fostering innovation, and shaping the future of coworking, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
