developers, and business stakeholders.\nDocument technical decisions and transfer knowledge to internal developers.\nRequirements\n7+ years of software development experience, including substantial recent hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.\nProven ownership of production React applications and scalable front-end architecture.\nStrong understanding of component design, state management, REST API integration, and asynchronous programming.\nHands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and front-end build tools.\nExperience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, performance optimization, and secure web development.\nProfessional English communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, particularly PCF controls.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, or API Management.\nExperience with design systems, UI libraries, application telemetry, and structured software testing.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA
