engage hard-to-find technical talent.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from role intake and sourcing to candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and successful placement.\nInnovative Sourcing: Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates and hard-to-find technical talent across global markets.\nAI-Powered Recruitment: Leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance talent discovery, streamline recruitment workflows, and improve hiring efficiency.\nStakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and hiring managers, providing insights into talent availability, market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.\nTechnical Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of technical roles, including software development, data, cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.\nCandidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey, manage expectations, and lead offer discussions and negotiations.\nReporting & Optimization: Track recruitment KPIs, analyze sourcing effectiveness, and continuously improve hiring processes through data-driven insights and technology adoption.\nRequirements\n 7-10 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a technology company, recruitment agency, outsourcing provider, or RPO environment.\nProven track record of successfully hiring for complex technical positions across competitive talent markets.\nStrong experience in innovative sourcing strategies, Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.\nHands-on experience using AI-powered recruitment tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness and recruitment efficiency.\nStrong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and relevant talent markets.\nExperience partnering with clients and hiring managers and independently managing multiple recruitment projects.\nProficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\nA proactive, data-driven mindset with a strong interest in recruitment innovation and continuous
