managers.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and placement.\nSourcing Strategies: Use a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified technical candidates, including passive talent.\nAI-Powered Recruitment: Use AI tools and automation to support candidate sourcing, talent research, profile analysis, and recruitment workflow optimization.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, provide recruitment updates, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.\nTechnical Knowledge: Build and maintain an understanding of technical roles, including software development, data, cloud computing, DevOps, and cybersecurity.\nCandidate Experience: Maintain clear communication with candidates, coordinate interviews, manage expectations, and support offer negotiations.\nRecruitment Reporting: Track recruitment progress and KPIs, maintain accurate ATS records, and identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring efficiency.\nRequirements\n 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a technology company, recruitment agency, outsourcing provider, or RPO environment.\nProven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.\nHands-on experience with sourcing techniques, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate engagement.\nExperience using AI-powered recruitment tools or automation to support sourcing and improve recruitment efficiency.\nUnderstanding of technical roles, required skills, and relevant talent markets.\nAbility to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize recruitment activities effectively.\nExperience using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.\nStrong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.\nA proactive mindset, willingness to experiment with new sourcing strategies, and interest in recruitment technology and continuous
