Job Description

ينتمي فني التشغيل والانتاج إلى عائلة الوظائف الفنية الأساسية للمصنع. تشمل هذه الفئة الوظيفية الأدوار المسؤولة عن تشغيل وصيانة الآلات في العملية الانتاجية داخل المصنع.

وصف الوظيفة:

فني التشغيل والانتاج مسؤول عن تشغيل الآلات والمعدات في العملية الانتاجية داخل المصنع. ويضمن أن تسير عملية الإنتاج بسلاسة وكفاءة.

من المتوقع أن يدعم الموظفون في هذا المستوى ويساعدوا في تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات في فريقهم ومنظمتهم.

يتم توجيههم بواسطة إجراءات مفصلة وسوابق محددة بوضوح، مع التركيز على مهام أو قطاعات معينة داخل فريقهم و منظمتهم. يعملون تحت إشراف مباشر، ويتبعون سوابق وسياسات محددة بوضوح، ويحددون أولوياتهم الخاصة ضمن الإرشادات والممارسات المعمول بها.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تشغيل الآلات والمعدات وفقًا لإرشادات السلامة والجودة.

صيانة الآلات والمعدات لضمان الأداء الأمثل.

تحديد واإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل أو أعطال في الآلات أو المعدات.

المساعدة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح أي مشاكل في الآلات أو المعدات.

المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز الإنتاجية والكفاءة.

Job Qualifications

المؤهلات:

التقديم لحاملي الدبلومات الصناعية من خريجي المعاهد و المدارس الثانوية الصناعية , يفضل حديثي التخرج من (0-3) سنين خبرة في بيئة التصنيع.

معرفة أساسية بتشغيل وصيانة الآلات.

القدرة على اتباع إرشادات وإجراءات السلامة.

مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل
