Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nLocation: Ljubljana, Slovenia (Office-based with field engagement)\nDepartment: Access and Policy Chapter\nReports to: Access and Policy Head\nAs an Access Value Partner (AVP), you will shape sustainable access strategies and drive the transition toward value-based healthcare in Slovenia.\nSitting at the heart of our Access and Policy Chapter, you will act as a strategic catalyst-connecting health economics, scientific evidence, and policy insights to ensure innovative medical solutions reach patients faster and more efficiently.\nYou Will:\nBuild and nurture long-term, trusted partnerships across the Slovenian healthcare ecosystem to co-create sustainable access solutions.\nArticulate compelling health economic and scientific evidence to demonstrate the value of Roche’s innovations to key decision-makers and policy-makers.\nDrive market access strategies and lead key value-based healthcare initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams locally and globally.\nShape national access and reimbursement pathways by staying ahead of regulatory frameworks and healthcare financing developments.\nTranslate complex health economic data into meaningful insights and impactful value propositions for external stakeholders.\nChampion seamless collaboration across internal network chapters to maximize impact for patients, society, and the healthcare system.\nWho You Are:\nYou are a strategic, curious, and collaborative partner with a passion for transforming healthcare systems and expanding patient access to innovation.\nYou thrive on system thinking, evidence-based storytelling, and driving meaningful impact.\nQualifications & Experience:\nUniversity Degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics or related field.\nPractical experience in market access, health economics, or healthcare policy within life sciences or related sectors.\nStrong baseline understanding of healthcare financing, health economic principles, and reimbursement pathways in Slovenia.\nProven capability in engaging external healthcare stakeholders and communicating scientific or health economic value concepts clearly.\nEntrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex environments and partner cross-functionally.\nNative/fluent proficiency in Slovenian and professional fluency in English, alongside a university degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or a related field.\nPlease submit your CV in English.\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
