We operate in an agile organizational set-up without extensive hierarchical structure, where all our employees lead from every seat, inspirational leadership, service oriented behavior and entrepreneurial customer centric mindset are our core values.\nThe Opportunity\nImplement end-to-end analytics and dynamic visualizations in Tableau, ThoughtSpot, SAP Analytics Cloud, or equivalent enterprise BI platforms.\nPrepare, transform, and model data using SQL, Python, or dbt - leveraging enterprise cloud environments like Snowflake and Microsoft Azure.\nLead and facilitate requirement gathering, work on initiatives across global regions and time zones, and build cross-department relationships to identify synergies and standardize metrics.\nPartner with global stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical specifications and impactful dashboards\nParticipate in deploying secure, scalable, and high-performance analytics solutions, as well as exploratory initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies.\nDrive continuous improvement by performing demos, retrospectives, and sprint reviews within an agile, cross-functional team environment.\nEmbrace lean documentation, fast iterations, and close collaboration between IT and business partners.\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree (Master’s is a plus) in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance/Economics, or a related field.\n2-5 years of hands-on experience in data & analytics, ideally within a global or multicultural enterprise.\nTechnical Skills:Proficiency in at least one enterprise BI tool (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or SAP Analytics Cloud).\nStrong SQL skills with practical experience in data transformation, data modeling, or querying in cloud environments (Snowflake, Microsoft Azure).\n\nFluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus\nIn exchange we provide you with\nDevelopment opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
