Check and verify receiving to ensure that items listed on vendor invoices are all delivered. Check products for quality, count, and condition.\nKeep all bakery ingredients or merchandise rotated in accordance with company policy and product code dates and always make use of the oldest products first (first in, first out).\nAssist in ordering and maintaining inventory control.\nHandle damaged and spoiled products according to company policy and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods.\nTake stock to storage or shelf areas.\nPrepare all baking mixtures in accordance with established company or department procedures and recipes.\nPan up frozen products and pan and roll up bread.\nLoad and unload over. Know the proper temperatures and duration to bake all varieties of products.\nOperate mixer and write on cakes/prepare product to meet customers specifications.\nAdhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations including full compliance with all applicable laws pertaining to safety, health and packaging requirements.\nPractice the “Cleaner’s Creed” and proper sanitation procedures.\nMaintain a neat, well groomed personal appearance at all times and observe company dress code, along with wearing approved hat or hair net.\nKeep display cases, cooler and freezer organized and clean, along with cleaning walls, fans, drains, equipment, utensils, and work tables. At Roche Bros., we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to education, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
