Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.\nThe Opportunity:\nAs a member of theGlobal Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub's long-term outcomes and strategy, as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives. You work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to develop their digital performance further and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.\nExecute end-to-end digital customer communications and notifications using global platforms, managing mailing lists and tracking distribution.\nDrive digital product activation and master data management in SAP and WoMDER to ensure complete, compliant, and accurate setups.\nProvide daily operational support to global stakeholders and affiliates, resolving tool logic issues, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining audit readiness across platforms.\nCollaborate with affiliates on localized inputs, system rollouts, and user enablement via standard platforms like Cornerstone.\nIdentify operational bottlenecks to provide continuous feedback and drive process standardization, automation, and workflow optimization.\n Who you are:\nYou hold a BSc/MSc degree (desirable in Digital Marketing, IT, Communication, or Business) with 1-3 years of digital operations or shared services experience.\nYou have hands-on experience with enterprise systems (such as SAP), digital workflow tools, and data management platforms.\nYou possess a strong understanding of process-driven environments and standard global execution.\nStrong English communication skill is essential.\nYou are detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused, with a passion for digital systems and continuous improvement.\nExplore what the Global Digital Hub is about. \nDiscover the Roche Services & Solutions Center and how we work together as a truly global team!\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
