The Position

As the Business Support Partner, you will be responsible for managing commercial office tasks, processing financial requests, and running operational logistics for events within the commercial function. You will serve as the central operational backbone, ensuring seamless coordination and administrative excellence for our commercial and marketing teams.

In this role:

• Event Logistics Management: You will book event spaces, order display materials, and organize catering for customer meetings.
• Shipping & Fulfillment: You will coordinate the shipping for exhibition booths, product samples, and sales brochures.
• Procurement & Purchase Orders: You will submit purchase requisitions, track invoice approvals, and accurately log vendor payments.
• Budget Management: You will keep track of the monthly team spend against approved marketing project budgets.
• Administrative Services: You will organize central file folders, team calendars, and compliance approval records.
• Commercial Team Support: You will assist the commercial team with scheduling meetings, organizing visitor passes, and managing travel bookings.
• Team & Partner Coordination: You will work seamlessly with Marketing Partners and Leads to ensure all logistical requirements for campaigns are met on time.
• Cross-Functional Hub: You will act as the central administrative hub to support cross-functional communication and operational readiness.
• Adaptability: You will execute any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.

Who you are:

• Education: You hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: You have 1+ years of experience in office management, admin support, or event coordination.
• Core Skills: You possess high organization skills, basic budget tracking skills, and excellent vendor communication abilities.
