Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nAs the Business Support Partner, you will be responsible for managing commercial office tasks, processing financial requests, and running operational logistics for events within the commercial function. You will serve as the central operational backbone, ensuring seamless coordination and administrative excellence for our commercial and marketing teams.\nIn this role:\nEvent Logistics Management: You will book event spaces, order display materials, and organize catering for customer meetings.\nShipping & Fulfillment: You will coordinate the shipping for exhibition booths, product samples, and sales brochures.\nProcurement & Purchase Orders: You will submit purchase requisitions, track invoice approvals, and accurately log vendor payments.\nBudget Management: You will keep track of the monthly team spend against approved marketing project budgets.\nAdministrative Services: You will organize central file folders, team calendars, and compliance approval records.\nCommercial Team Support: You will assist the commercial team with scheduling meetings, organizing visitor passes, and managing travel bookings.\nTeam & Partner Coordination: You will work seamlessly with Marketing Partners and Leads to ensure all logistical requirements for campaigns are met on time.\nCross-Functional Hub: You will act as the central administrative hub to support cross-functional communication and operational readiness.\nAdaptability: You will execute any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.\nWho you are:\nEducation: You hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.\nExperience: You have 1+ years of experience in office management, admin support, or event coordination.\nCore Skills: You possess high organization skills, basic budget tracking skills, and excellent vendor communication abilities.\nRoche Values: You fully embrace the Roche Values of Integrity, Courage & Passion.\nGrowth Mindset: You possess the ability to learn and unlearn quickly, take risks and experiment, and contribute to the learning cycle by sharing knowledge with others inside and outside Roche.\nValue Creation: You boldly act on key decisions and opportunities and boldly stop any activity that is not adding value.\nDigital Innovation: You are innovative and drive digital transformation across organizations and industries to bring value and impact to the healthcare ecosystem.\nEnterprise Thinking: You think from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, to bring the best possible outcomes to both the local health environment, and more broadly, across Roche globally.\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
