MISIÓN Y PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO\nBrindar el apoyo administrativo al equipo de tendering and Contract para la consecución de objetivos\ncomerciales. Organizar y coordinar acciones de soporte con las demás áreas para cumplir con\nprocedimientos internos, obligaciones contractuales y requisitos de ley asociados a la operación\ncomercial.\n2. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CARGO\n2.1 Elaboración, distribución y almacenamiento de las comunicaciones contractuales para clientes privados y públicos.\n2.2 Apoyo constante en la elaboración de expedientes de licitaciones.\n2.3 Elaboración de cotizaciones públicas y privadas.\n2.4 Revisión, validación y procesamiento de las órdenes de compra del sector público.\n2.5 Participación en el flujo de instalaciones a través de generación de cartas de ingreso y retiro para las entidades públicas.\n2.6 Otras actividades coordinadas con el área.\n3. FUNCIONES DEL CARGO\n3.1. Elaboración, distribución y almacenamiento de las comunicaciones contractuales para clientes privados y públicos\na. Preparar los documentos, cartas o cualquier tipo de comunicación a clientes que sea\nrequerido por el área de excelencia comercial.\nb. Coordinar el envío de los documentos de manera física o virtual, dependiendo de la\nestrategia de comunicación a utilizar o el tipo de procedimiento.\nc. Almacenar los cargos de las comunicaciones por clientes y fechas.\nd. Elaboración de actas vinculadas a la ejecución contractual.\n3.2. Elaboración de cotizaciones públicas y privadas.\n3.3.
