We are looking for a forward-thinking communications leader with an agile, innovative mindset to elevate our public disease awareness campaigns and maximize brand resonance. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend traditional healthcare communications with dynamic, omnichannel strategies to support our flagship products and upcoming pipeline launches within a strict compliant framework.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Planning: Work closely with CE I2 marketing team to develop integrated communication strategies based on a deep understanding of business needs, tailored for blockbuster products and upcoming new pipeline launches.\n\nInnovative Disease Awareness & Digital Communications: Lead end-to-end communication campaigns by leveraging digital ecosystems and omnichannel strategies. Drive engaging, compliant content creation and public health education initiatives to maximize brand awareness.\n\nCross-Functional Agility: Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize communication impact, blending traditional Rx compliance with innovative public communication approaches.\n\nAgency Management: Manage and coordinate external agencies (PR, Social, Digital) to ensure smooth implementation of fast-paced communication events and track the effectiveness of agency expense.\n\nImpact Measurement: Measure and assess the impact of communication initiatives using data-driven insights and digital metrics.\n\nInternational Communication: Work closely with CE Head on CE-level strategic internal communication initiatives.\n\nWho you are\nEducation/Qualifications\nUniversity degree and above;\n\nJournalism/Communications/Public Relations related major is a plus\n\nJob Required Competencies\n15+ years’ Media/Communications/PR/Digital Marketing experience. Prior experience in OTC, FMCG, or consumer health retail product communications is highly preferred.\n\nDeep understanding and hands-on operational experience with Chinese digital and social media ecosystems (e.g., Redbook, Tik Tok, WeChat). Proven track record of leveraging these platforms for successful public education and disease awareness campaigns.\n\nAbility to navigate the strict regulatory environment of prescription drugs while successfully adopting innovative, agile, and consumer-centric communication tactics.\n\nStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to apply general business knowledge in a complex, fast-paced global environment.\n\nDemonstrated media management knowledge, relationship-building capability, and ability to develop strong partnerships across a multi-layered organization and external partners.\n\nAbility to interact with senior management and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.\n\nCreative, pro-active, calm under pressure, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict.\n\nExcellent English and Chinese writing & verbal communication skills.\n\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
