This position is responsible for projects with high complexity, with medium to high risk, and of long duration. The Customer Project Manager is a trusted consultant, liaison, and advisor regarding all facets of the implementation project plan.\nKey Roles & Responsibilities\nDesign, gain agreement, communicate, and lead the execution of professional project strategies and plans for external-facing large diagnostic system customer implementations adhering to Roche Diagnostics policies and procedures\nIdentify, acquire, form, lead and win the commitment of internal Roche Diagnostics and external customer stakeholders/resources in assembling a project team\nCollaborate with project stakeholders and teams to outline work plans and assign duties, responsibilities, and accountabilities\nChampion the program/project through business processes\nConduct pre-purchase, order, pre-implementation, implementation, and post-project review meetings for Roche Diagnostics customers and internal stakeholders.\nRecommend methods and develop policies and processes to improve area operations, processes, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers that will provide long term direction for Roche Diagnostics organizational strategies\nCoach and mentor peers and junior level project managers\nRelocation benefits are not available for this job posting.\nOur ideal candidate would reside within 50 miles of a major US metropolitan airport.\nAble and willing to travel approximately 10-15% across the US.\nWhile this field-based position is a remote position, it will require approximately 10-15% overnight travel throughout the US.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent education and work experience\n5+ years of progressive industry/diagnostics product experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management certification (PMP) and proficiency using cloud-based project management or other cloud-based software\nExtensive knowledge of internal systems and business procedures\nKnowledge of key competitors\nKnowledge of customer needs and features/benefits to meet those needs\nExperience with Laboratory Information System and IT Middleware Implementation Projects\nExperience in cloud-based project management and other cloud-based software\nStrong communication, influence, leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills\nThe expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
