Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nThe D2P Data & Analytics Technical Product Owner partners with the Product Manager to drive Data, Analytics and AI solutions across the Demand-to-Pay (D2P) domain.\nThe role combines product ownership, business analysis, techno-functional solution oversight, delivery and vendor management, and service management. You will translate business priorities into product roadmaps, requirements and scalable Data & AI solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, data scientists and delivery partners.\nIn this role, you will apply a deep knowledge of Procurement and Accounts Payable processes, alongside hands-on experience utilizing key technologies like Snowflake, SAP BW/ERP, analytics platforms, GenAI, and AI-driven automation. Furthermore, you will drive continuous improvement and team capability growth while maintaining high standards for service level agreements, delivery quality, non-functional requirements, technical debt reduction, and vendor performance management.\nDescription of the area\nThe Demand to Pay (D2P) Data & Analytics area is responsible for driving the end-to-end Procurement, Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Management Data & AI strategies, by translating Functional strategies into measurable business outcomes. This includes supporting data product management and providing comprehensive analytics for our key stakeholders - Global Procurement, Diagnostics Direct Procurement and RSS Operations. This work is based on the foundation of the Roche Group Data & AI strategies leveraging various global platforms.\nJob Responsibilities\nTranslate product strategy and business needs into a clear roadmap, backlog, requirements and delivery priorities.\nAct as the day-to-day bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners.\nBring strong functional knowledge across Procurement, Accounts Payable processes.\nWork closely with architects, data engineers and data scientists to shape scalable Data & AI solutions.\nProvide techno-functional oversight across Snowflake, Talend, data integration, analytics, GenAI and AI-enabled workflows.\nReview and challenge solution designs, technical approaches, estimates and delivery proposals.\nManage external delivery partners and vendors, ensuring delivery quality, capacity and performance.\nEnsure services meet agreed Roche SLAs, KPIs, quality and operational standards, and drive corrective actions where needed.\nManage delivery risks, dependencies, incidents, technical debt and continuous improvement.\nMentor team members and delivery partners to strengthen Data, Analytics and AI capabilities.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.\n12+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data & Analytics or similar techno-functional roles.\nExperience working with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable processes.\nExperience delivering Data, Analytics or AI solutions in a large enterprise environment.\nExperience working with external delivery partners or vendors.\nTechnical & Functional Skills\nA fundamental working knowledge ofSAP BW and ERPs/ S4 along the side understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), eg Procurement, supplier management, purchasing, invoicing, payments and Accounts Payable processes.\nProven expertise with non-ERP Procurement systems and their seamless integration with enterprise ERP platforms is essential for this techno-functional position.\nStrong hands-on experience with Snowflake along with deep familiarity in SQL and API-based data integration.\nAwareness of modern Data & AI concepts, including GenAI, RAG, semantic search and AI agents.\nAbility to understand and challenge solution designs, data models, integrations and technical approaches.\nAbility to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and delivery priorities.\nAdditional Skills\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to work across business, technology and vendor teams.\nExperience managing delivery performance, SLAs, KPIs and service quality.\nProactive mindset with a focus on business value, continuous improvement and technical debt reduction.\nAbility to mentor team members and help build stronger Data & AI capabilities.\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
