Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to support our Patient Experience (Px) workstream. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data analysis and preferably solid understanding of pharma datasets and patient analytics. This role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights to support business decisions and improve patient access strategies.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze and interpret complex datasets related to patient access and healthcare programs\nSupport the Patient Experience workstream with data-driven insights and reporting\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Excel and other tools\nWrite efficient queries and manage datasets using SQL\nPerform data cleaning, validation, and transformation using Python\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions\nIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in patient and pharma datasets\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n2-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role\nStrong proficiency in:Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling)\nSQL (data extraction, transformation, and querying)\nPython (data manipulation using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy)\n\nExperience working with large datasets and relational databases\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience working with pharmaceutical datasets\nKnowledge of patient analytics, including patient journeys, adherence, and access programs\nFamiliarity with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
