Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role within the Real-World & Clinical Data Strategy (RWCDS) function, you will act as a pivotal bridge between technical data execution and business strategy, ensuring clinical, real-world, and operational data are accurate, accessible, and trustworthy across the Roche Product Development lifecycle. Internally known as Data Steward, you’ll be responsible for:\nDrive Data Quality & Lineage: Maintain and enrich cataloging systems, data dictionaries, and metadata across key Data Domains to ensure consistency and findability in alignment with FAIR principles.\nEnable Master Data Solutions: Support the operation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Master Data solutions and reference data across global development platforms.\nMap Processes & Models: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to map data to business ways of working, contributing to conceptual data modeling and classification efforts.\nBridge Operational & Executive Stakeholders: Translate complex data governance concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior executives while working seamlessly alongside operational, scientific, and technical squads.\n Ensure Compliance & Standards: Execute routine data lifecycle management, provenance tracking, and data quality checks in compliance with global data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).\nFoster Collaborative Partnerships: Partner cross-functionally across global, multicultural teams to enhance data visibility, usability, and accessibility across the product portfolio.\nWho You Are\nYou are an engaging, articulate, and thoughtful data professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships across all organisational levels.
