In this role, you act as a content production manager, as well as a key advisor, leveraging your understanding of the Life Science industry and its regulatory specifics to support our UK affiliates in achieving their content goals while aligning with Roche’s digital vision. You build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the affiliate network, serving as the first point of contact for questions, ideas, and challenges. Additionally, you support affiliates in demand planning, integrating local forecasts into Roche’s overall demand planning methodology to ensure strategic alignment and readiness, and educate affiliates about new solutions or services.

Please note that this is a fixed term opportunity.

The Opportunity:

  • Mentor and guide Delivery Managers (if applicable): Mentor and assist delivery managers in solving operational issues and mitigating risks to ensure projects remain on track. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the onboarding process.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Relationships: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, revise digital campaign content requests accordingly, and ensure alignment with their expectations. Build and maintain effective working relationships with the relevant stakeholders in the affiliate network by staying up-to-date with digital trends, industry innovations, and sharing best practices across affiliates.

  • Strategy & Compliance Guidance: Provide guidance and access to the right expertise for business teams in planning, executing, and optimizing their digital and omnichannel engagement strategies. Utilize understanding of the Life Science industry and its local compliance and regulatory specifics.

  • Affiliate Empowerment: Empower affiliates to achieve their content goals while aligning with Roche’s digital vision. Guide affiliate stakeholders through changes in the Content creation strategy and ways of working.

  • Demand Planning: Support affiliates with content demand planning topics and integrate local demand forecast inputs into Roche's global demand planning methodology to ensure strategic alignment and readiness.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and you communicate with professional English proficiency in a business environment.

  • You bring 6+ years of experience in content production, project management, or digital campaign management, focusing on coordinating digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
