Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nThe Opportunity\nAs an Administrative Support Specialist within our Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) Strategy, Portfolio & Operations team, you will deliver essential operational and coordination support to drive cross-functional decision-making and accelerate early clinical pipeline delivery.\nCoordinate and organize high-impact chapter events, workshops, cross-functional project meetings, and catering logistics.\nManage end-to-end travel and expense (T&E) processes, meeting schedules, and candidate interview coordination.\nSupport seamless team member onboarding and offboarding workflows, maintaining active distribution lists and collaboration spaces.\nChampion continuous process improvement by actively contributing best practices across international site support networks.\nPartner with diverse project leaders and chapter members to foster an open, agile, and collaborative team culture.\nWho You Are\nYou are a proactive, organized collaborator who thrives in a dynamic international environment and takes pride in enabling teams to do their best work.\nBring proven experience in administrative coordination, office management, executive support, or project operations.\nDemonstrate proficiency with digital productivity and collaboration suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and enterprise travel/expense management tools).\nApply strong organizational and prioritization skills to balance multiple deadlines and evolving priorities with confidence.\nCommunicate clearly and empathetically, building trust and productive relationships across international and cross-functional teams.\nPossess professional working fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language capabilities are welcome.\nIn exchange we provide you with\nDevelopment opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
