Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nKey Responsibilities:\nData Excellence: Review and set up new suppliers, customers, or change existing vendor/customer details in SAP, adhering to our Vendor Master Data SOP.\nAccuracy in Action: Enter vendor data accurately in MDGS platform, including bank details and change requests, ensuring data integrity.\nQuality Assurance: Approve data and enhancements based on supportings, verifying bank details as per SOP and ICFR requirements.\nCollaborative Validation: Validate records sent by business for user requests, maintaining data accuracy.\nContinuous Improvement: Provide data and root cause analysis for process enhancements, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.\nKey Accountabilities:\nData Integrity Champion: Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data for vendors and customers, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.\n Compliance Steward: Monitor and resolve emails in the vendor master email box, ensuring adherence to Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR) and local statutory requirements.\nEfficiency Enabler: Timely creation, verification, and cleanup of vendor and customer master data, supporting business requirements seamlessly.\nSupport Maestro: Provide timely helpdesk support, training, and collaboration with internal stakeholders for master data processes.\nQualifications & Experience:\nDegree or Diploma in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent.\nExcellent communication skills in English, fostering effective collaboration.\nFamiliar in SAP or other ERP accounting systems, as well as MS Office tools.\nExperience in shared services or business process outsourcing is a plus.\nAble to do 6 months internship.\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
